car wont get enough juice
i have been racking my brains out since sunday trying to get this car to start useing its own power but i cant figure it out if i check the batt without it being hooked up it says 12 volts but as soon as i hook up the batt it droppes to 9.5 please if any body has delt with this same thing let me know what you did to fix it thank you
