CA FS/FT 89 Hatch Base SE Near-Stock Auto $2400 OBO

I've been wanting a 240 since high school, and when I had the cash I made a stupid decision and bought one of the first 240's I found for the money. I was looking for a 5 speed, but couldn't find any at a dealer within my price range, so I ended up buying this auto for $2500. Bad choice lol, since it had a few things wrong with it that I skipped over in my head due to excitement. Now I'm trying to sell or trade for a 5 speed lol. No flames, or Trogdor might eat you! As soon as I bought it, I took it to Nissan to get diagnosed and to fix a few things. They ended up replacing the drivers side front wheel bearing (Timken) and the front strut mounts (KYB). They told me the highs were out in my headlight bulbs, so I bought some eBay chrome housings with 6000K HID sim bulbs (pretty nice looking), but high beams still don't work. The check engine light is on, which Nissan told me was because of the engine harness being a little damaged and some vacuum lines to the EGR being non-existent. I also replaced the battery, since the old one went out friday morning (Everlast Maxx 875/700). The car starts great and the single cam runs strong.

Im asking $2200 OBO, feel free to offer, I can't except anything too low though since I need a car to get to work in. I'm open for trades too, and I have some cash to work with if it's not a straight trade. I'm trying to get the CarFax from the dealer, but it has a clean title. I am also waiting for the title and reg to come in the mail, but the car is registered under my name.

The Good:
*KA24E runs strong
*Brand new wheel bearing, battery, strut mounts and headlights
*Headlights have blue halo's, but I don't know how to wire them lol. they are there though
*Power windows and mirrors
*Manual locks due to drivers door locks missing pieces, so had to disconnect power
*Moonroof
*Auto trans drives nice
*Tires have good amount of tread left on them
*No holes on car from a spoiler or anything
*Smogged by dealer in September
*Hatch struts work great, doesn't drop at all
*Clean seats except drivers, which has some wear and tear
*Black paint is clean, except for touchup on front bumper corner and dent on drivers fender
*Clean interior, including trunk area cover (It sitting in the trunk right now though for ease of use since hatch won't open without a second person helping)
*Headlight housing aren't sealed, so you'll only need to replace bulbs instead of entire housing as well)
*Great for SR/5 speed swap project!
*Nice daily driver

The Bad:
*Drivers fender/door edge has a dent, should be able to pop it out
*Couple of small dings around car
*Drivers front hubcap has scrapes, not a big deal if you're throwing wheels on it
*Missing drivers sun visor
*Missing cover for dome light (getting an S14 dome light in the mail though, should be able to fit hopefully lol)
*Cracked dash
*Speedometer and Cluster lights work sporadically, I'm including another cluster though that I bought off eBay that was tested in working condition, haven't been able to install and test myself though)
*Scuff on drivers corner of front bumper, needs a little paint
*No high beams
*Hatch doesn't pop open, but still opens if someone lifts while popping it
*Wear and tear on drivers seat
*Auto seatbelts don't work, Nissan locked them all the way back though so it's safe, just have to double buckle =/
*Unknown actual mileage (odo says 111K, but Carfax's last report was 135K a few years ago. Possible cluster replacement in the past, but dealer didn't know)
*It's an automatic =P
*Moonroof latch is semi broken (still works, but doesn't lock the moonroof down completely, needs to be replaced. I'm trying to buy a new one right now)
*Front license plate bracket a little messed up, but still holds a plate no problem
*Small chip in windshield
*Tape player/drivers door speaker don't work, but radio works fine
*Lighter plug pops out, but still works
*Missing volume knob on radio, but you can still control it

I'm pretty sure that's it. I'm trying to be as honest and thorough as possible, and I really want a 5 speed but don't want to deal with buying a swap and converting. Hopefully this works out, because this is my dream lol. ***I can also get the KA24E engine harness, EGR hoses, drivers fender, and 5 speed swap if desired, just costs extra***
