its because people live in poverty over there, they need money and find it in trafficking. Police officers dont make much over there and need to feed their families and they get offered alot more from the cartels for joining them so they become crooked cops so thats why shits all fucked up over there. In some places people are more scared of the police then the cartel.

i live in michigan, i'm more scared of police than the cartel.


kidding of course. i know all sorts of shit is messed up, and i'm sure there are tons of contributing factors. all i was saying is that it's been out in public for quite some time that shit isn't going so well in Mexico.
