Key stuck in ignition, when turn on nothing works

So today I went to get into my car, which is a 1993 240sx hatch. Was an auto, had a manual swap. Then ended up swapping a rb20 in. Car was running fine, had no issues, etc.

I put the key in the ignition, turned the key to let the fuel up prime and nothing. Fuel pump wouldn't prime, car won't turn over. Nothing. The only thing that is working is the dash clock (sometimes) and the sound the car makes when the door is open (which was pissing me off).

I then noticed that the steering wheel wouldn't lock and the key wouldn't turn completely into the lock position.

I checked all fuses, none are blown, everything worked previously.


Any help would be greatly appreciated.
