KA24E. Wont do anything!

^^^ video to problem. Sorry my camera was having issues focusing. Okay, well the problem is I prepared my KA and dropped it in and did all the things needed. No need for basic detail. Well, I get in and put in the key and turn it, nothing but where the clock is comes on. Next I turn it like I would crank it (starters not hooked up don't worry lol) but, notice ONLY when I turn the key completely does the dash come on, seat belts move, etc. WHATS THIS CARS PROBLEM!? |
