S14 Zenki Vibrating noise when in reverse.

Whats good ZilviaFam. Im fairly new to the car scene. I have myself a 96 S14 Zenki. Sadly it is automatic, but I have this slight problem. I dont know if its serious but whenever I put the car in reverse, a vibration sound comes. I really dont know what it is, When I open the driver side window, it becomes more relevant, I feel like its coming from the left front wheel but I really have no idea...any mechanic guru out there can help me out before I actually take it to the shop and check (which I really dont want to do, never trusted automotive shops) , Id really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
