RB rb25det starting issues

i have a rb25 s1 swapped into a s13. freddy manifold, fmic, exhaust. a while back i bought the nistune software and ecu from a local dealer. on a stock ecu and safc the car would fire right up, when i installed the nistune ecu it would crank but no fire and a dtc code 21 (ignition circuit primary) would appear. i took the ecu back to the dealer to take a look at it and the ecu will start a z32 right up. from there i bought the pre made ws harness thinking there was a short or grounding problem in the spliced harness. when i swapped the harness i also swapped to a top mount with a precision 6262 setup. now the problem im having is niether the oem ecu or the nistune ecu will run the car. it cranked once with minor exhaust pops and one large backfire but didnt run. i took the cas off, turned it and the injectors are pulsing, i have a fpr and the gauge shows pressure. i also have checked the plug into the coil and it shows damn near 12 volts in the middle wire.i unplugged coil 1 and touched it againsed the block it also sparks when turning the cas. the timing loop is also giving out a signal when i hooked up my timing light to the loop(blue and black wire) near the ignitor.ive changed the ground by the ignitor chip to the last bolt on the coil bracket. this one really has me scratching my head!!! any help would be greatly appreciated!
