Emissions Delete Q's (Pics Inside)

Cleaned up the intake manifold and got rid of all the emission components. I also bypassed the throttle body coolant feed. Here's a little checklist that I'd like you guys to check to see if I made a mistake. Don't want to have to go through all of this when the motor is in the car..

Basically, the only things I have connected on the plenum are the IACV components. I removed ALL the EGR components and blocked off the hole with a plate. The vacuum "tree" with the 4 lines that run from the rear of the manifold, all the way under the TB leading to the charcoal canister has been removed completely. Is this ok? A thick coolant line ran with the vacuum tree, but I just picked up a new hose to connect the rear of the manifold to the port next to the upper radiator hose (as seen in the picture).

EGR Block off plate

Coolant hose going from rear manifold to the port coming off of the upper radiator port

Throttle Body Bypass, I plugged the little port coming off of the larger port. I also plugged the port that the TB usually connects to on the upper IM. Will this be ok, or will I need to connect these two? I'm not 100% sure if the plugs will hold the pressure.

Couple questions..

WHat do I do with that port coming out of the bottom of the TB? Plug it?

Iirc, will this port coming out of the center of the manifold need to be plugged?

Any input would be greatly appreciated. Really want to get this motor put back together!
