s13 wiring nightmare need help! lots of pics

ok so here is the situation.. I was working on my car and pulled the gauges out when i went to put them back in the gauges dont' work but the back lights work tho? so they are getting power, also I noticed my jdm climate control isn't working but has power because back light turns on as well.. i pulled the cluster out again and started testing the connections with a test light.. now I don't have power all the way across each plug in some spots I do some I don't I even started my car and tested for more power but didn't get any changes thinking my rpms or anything like that would create power for the plugs..

also I checked all relays and fuses and fixed the ones that were out and still nothing..

now for the wiring on the climate control is crazy I light tested the connectors and one of them when I touched it turned on the heat from my vents now when its plugged in its just blank screen? not sure if I fried it or not.. hopefully not since i've not really been messing with that at all.. I'm going to post pics of all the wiring and plugs also there is a whole mess of wiring where the radio goes i have no idea what these wires are any help would be great guys!!!
