HKS Super Blow hook up

I read a few post. Each something differnt and looking for which works best. Trying to have the Best response with as little flutter/surge as possible. It leaks with 1 vac. source. 1 vac source to both nipples keeps it just. runs fines just flutters on low boost some mid. basiclly i just want to make sure its working right. cause sometime i hear the pshhh with the fluttler. i dunno i never herd anyone else with this so just trying to find some answers.
