CA S13 hatch 93

*1993 s13 hatch base model
*Original 5-speed
*3rd owner
*clean title under my name
*Whole car is stock and has always been stock. So no mod list. The only thing ive touched was the stereo and speakers.
*around 80k original miles (dont know exact because odo stopped working at 55k a couple months ago but i bought it at 50k miles)
*interior is all there (would rate it like a 8 just because floor mats and carpet has some stains in the front)
*car runs strong with no problems at all and starts up every time.
*not original paint, was painted by original owner.

Cons:
*odo stopped working so dont know the miles exact.
*no A/C but has heat (i have all the A/C parts that would go with sale)
*couple cracks on dash
* windshield has a crack on it on passagers side (rock hit it while driving)
Windshield leaks on top corners (you can see the white silicone in pics that i put during the rainy season)
*drivers side door doesnt close completely but it locks (posted pic of how it looks
*car had some rust spots around the weather strip on rear hatch trunk but i sanded and painted myself and did a shitty job lol)
*right now it has a different hatch trunk because the original had really bad tint but i have original to include.

I paid 5k so price is 5k OBO OBO OBO. All i ask is to not try to KBB value me. I would love a kouki guy to sell me his car at KBB value. Pm me. Located near carlsbad, vista, oceanside CA.
