Yes you want oil squirts for stock pistons, the cooling benefits are absolutely one of the best thing the engine has to offer for the factory cast pistons.

High temp, high EGT is death for stock pistons. Everything you do when tuning and setting up a stock piston engine should revolve around protecting the temperature of factory pistons.
-Water injection near the cylinders
-EGT monitoring
-Alcohol fuel recommended
-Colder spark plugs
-Pressure test for boost leaks
-IAT sensor safety features
-Fuel cooling
-etc....

The stock sr pistons can support tremendous power output if they can remain cool. Around 125hp/cylinder in my experience (450rwhp).
They are Identical to 2jz-gte pistons and combustion chambers (750bhp from 2jz-gte is common for 200,000 miles)
