Dry is when you move the gun too fast. Looks like you didn't lay down enough material to give it a deep rich look(which you just mentioned).

Unless you don't have any shock travel, those wheels are going to rubb on the fenders.

Metallics are a bitch to paint..cause if you ever change your spray pattern, it's going to show. Blobs of metallic here and there.
