See the problem I see with this is, even if you didn't test drive the vehicle, at one point in time he had to transfer the title to you...only a very A. trusting or B. gullible person would purchase a vehicle and then await the title. My argument is that the second you saw the title was not clear you should have refused the purchase, or at least looked deeper.
As I said before, I feel sorry for you and hope you at least get your money back, but this falls under the category buyer beware. He may have falsely advertised on ebay, but that doesn't tell me that you're free and clear from being at fault.

This issue is now in the hands of my lawyer. I havent recieved a title on the car yet..and to answer your question..A..very trusting...i like to take a man for his word...if a mans word is no good he is no good. I even have emails stating he would test drive it for a week to have it running and work all the bugs out. It is fruad plain and simple..he got away with it from everyone else but not me. His days of misleading ppl are over..period.
