IACV routing in FI blow thru?

Just a quick question. My setup is forced induction KA. I currently have the IACV routed into the intake piping after the MAFS, which is after the compressor in a blow through setup. It runs and idles fine. Is it better to plumb the IACV before the compressor so that it only sees vacuum? Are there any issues with compressed air in the IACV?

I apologize if this has been covered (and I'm sure it has), but searching for IACV comes up with alot of stuff that has squat to do with my question. It seems like the RPM's hang a little longer than I'd like when I let off the throttle. Maybe compressed air versus vacuum at the IACV affects this slightly, but probably not. Mostly I just want to know what is the best way. Not sure if I can even route it the other way without moving the MAF, as that would no longer be metered air. Comments?
