silvia oem brakes problems

i just installed some s13 silvia rotors and calipers....the install was perfect everything went smoothly...then when i bled the brakes with my buddy the brakes would hold stiffness. bled it bled it checked the lines no leaks...so im guess this may be a master cylinder issue but...the fluid comes out perfectly when we bled it.all lines were tighten securely.im wondering if this is a brake booster related problem...could i use the rhd booster on the lhd car.i looked at them and they seem to be the same. also since its bigger brakes and calipers am i just am lack of pressure with the stock cylinder? let me know.and btw i searched and there was nothin but 300 zx caliper conversion.if there is a link to faq about it too that would be great thx.
