KA odd clutch problems

first off i searched and could not come up with anything..... i just swapd out my clutch in my s13 ka24de.... nothing fancy just a stock replacement enough to hold me off till i get my sr but heres the thing....

i changed my slave cylinder and removed the damper loop..... nothing new to me.... but now the pedal feels veryyyy soft..... ive bleed the system a few times just to be sure.... i also replaced the stock rubber hose that goes to the SC with a new one.... i have checked the MC and there are no leak or anything the whole system seems to be good....

well tonight i chaged the SC again and put on a brand new one for a 300zx.... i saw on here that the said its a little better the one made for 240's.... any ideas as to why after i removed the damped loop, have blead the system about 6 to 7 times , and replaced the MC why is the pedal so light......

theres no grinding while shifting only now and then does it make a odd noise ind of like a sweaky belt.... but while driving it shifts perfect and all just a really soft pedal.... witht he damper loop in there it had a stiffer pedal feel.....

any ides would be great.... sorry for the long read......
