sohc ps pump removal

I'm just wondering if it is necessary to remove the ps pump pulley
in order to remove the the ps pump

I already loosened the tensioner bolt but the tension won't change at all

I also took out the bolts holding the pump to the brackets

any ideas on how to get it off
