Have any of you experienced that sensation?

I have a 98 240sx, manual.

For as long as I can remember in the last year, very often at idle, I can feel the sensation of vibration/low frequency, similar to the feeling generated by a 12'' subwoofer. The vibration lasts 2 seconds, stops for 2 seconds, and then is back for 2 seconds, etc... The car runs fine though.

The feeling of this vibration though is a bit annoying and if possible, I woudl like to fix it. Would anyone have any idea of what this is? Thanks.
