1.) Will Bar's Leaks w/ Stop Leak help out if your valve seals need to be replaced/changed? Like, would it be able to seal bad valve seals, or at least help out?

2.) On this oem SR20 smic I bought, the tube that comes off off of the oem bpv is plugged. Is that alright if I get an aftermarket BOV? Or do I need to take off the bpv? Would having both the plugged bpv and bov be damaging?
