Yesterday I was running some errands and made a right turn (Right turn signal worked perfectly.). Then when I went to make a left turn the light was blinking twice as fast. At first I assumed it was a burnt bulb but the front and rear both blink fast. The right side still works normally. My only other thought is two bulbs are used and only one burned out. Thanks in advance to anyone that can help out.

It's a 1990 hatchback

Edit: Well I was out and about earlier today and it decided to fix itself.
