ok so i got my whole car sanded down and filled. I got some origin fenders and some aero and i dont know how to prep them lol..do i use sandpaper? scotch brite? What grit sandpaper should i use? also does all of the clear crap they put on have to come off our just scuff it up?

sorry for the nub question but im newer to bodywork, thanks

oh and i searched but didnt find much..
