when i jerk my tranny around
i can hear a popping sound in the back of my car
i knew my tranny mount was bad
so i changed that today
nismo mounts
but it still did the same thing
and so i jacked up the rear end by jacking up the diff.
and i saw the whole back end suspension shift
it looked like they werent supporting the rear (whatever you call it, suspension)

it looks like theres too much spacing. i have no idea what the parts are called or whatever.

i need help. its pissing me off badly. please help with anything.

i figured it was my subframe bushings.. thanks for the link!

alright. for the vibration. here's the story. i never really had this problem before. i lowered my car with some tein lowering springs my friend gave me for the time being. thats when i noticed a lil vibration. i checked under the car and i saw that my stock tension rod bushings were broken so i changed those. i bought kazama tension rods and installed them. but that only made my vibrations worse. i have gotten my tires balanced and it didnt work. do you really think i just need an alignment?
