Suspension, wheels, and tires came in last week...
I put them on and need to set it all up...

My suspension setup consists of:

Energy suspension bushing master kit
SPL solid subframe bushings
KTS coilovers
5Zigen FN01RC 17x9 +20 all around
Bridgestone RE01R 245-40-17 all around
Welded diff

I put everything on and torqued everything down to FSM specs but where do I go from here?...

Ride height?
Camber?
Toe?
Preload?
Dampening?

I was wondering whether I should just adjust everything to what I think "looks OK" and drive it over to an alignment shop to get the car balanced...
