How important is that stupid plate that goes between the block and tranny??? I just spent 4 hours getting my stupid motor/tranny in the car and realized I forgot to put that DARN plate on............. I really don't want to pull this stupid thing back out and fight with it all over again to put that plate on if I don't HAVE to.
