**WTT 91 240sx Coupe SE for 91-93 HB SE**

I have a 1991 240sx Coupe SE 5 speed and am looking to trade for a 91-93 HB SE 5 speed.
I prefer a white, black, gray, or silver 240.

The Good:

Re-manufactured head w/New valves & New gaskets (6 months old)
Brand New Pioneer 6.5 speakers 260w
AEM intake
Centerforce dual friction clutch (1 year old)
Master & Slave cylinder (1 year old)
Thermostat & Water pump (1 year old)
Re-manufactured radiator (9 months old)
Upper and lower radiator hoses (1 year old)
All terrain tires 85% tread left
Working Heads Up Display (HUD)
Working motorized sunroof
Tinted windows
Cruise control
137,xxx miles on it
I just sanded down and repainted the valve cover
Registration is paid through May 2007
AC and heater work
Engine runs strong

The Bad:

Back speakers don't work
Some oxidation on the top of the hood, roof, trunk and spoiler
Some dings
The transmission grinds when down shifting but I have a replacement
