Help diagonsing my clutch problem please?

Ok so i last changed my clutch about a year, year and a half ago. Almost right away, the clutch started slipping, sometimes it would be okay though. Fast forward to a few weeks ago, and after teh car sitting for most of the winter....i fire it up in the driveway..let it run at idle for about 20 minutes to get up to temperature, i get in it to drive it around for a little, and the clutch is slipping like a motherfucker. I cant get the car to move barely, after a few stop signs the car almost wont fucking move from a standstill, just rev and slip with clutch pedal out all the way. But if i let teh car sit for an hour and get back in, itll grab for a little, til it heats up, then itll do the slipping thing again. So, I was positive it was new clutch time, today, i finally pull the trans and take a gander at the clutch. Low and behold, its in almost perfect shape, hardly any wear whatsoever i compared it side by side to the new one and its almost got the same amount of material left. Pressure plate appears to be fine also. Flywheel surface also checked out fine as far as I can tell. No scratches or apparent warping. Anybody got suggestions? Master and Slave cylinders were also replaced brand new a few months back. I suck at this shit, someone give me some guidance please.
