rough idle, and smoking bad after using A/C

Alright I just got my car back from cali and had the time to get it running right except for this annoying problem I have after having to use the A/C. Whenever I come to a complete stop my car will idle really rough, and it'll also smoke really bad (black). It'll smoke all most as much as a turbo diesel truck, or even worse when it's at a complete stop, and it'll sound as if it's looping. I found that after I spray carb/throttle body cleaner through the hose on the intake to clean the IACV, it'll clear the problem. It was either cleaning the IACV through that hose, or cleaning the MAFS that helped clear the problem. This problem usually occurs after I have driven with the A/C for a while. Does anyone know what could be the cause of this?

I was thinking it's the AIV, this weekend I plan on disconnecting the hose that connects from the AIV to the air filter/box and putting a little breather filter on the end of the hose.
