okay well my car was running good and then i turned it off 5 min. later i decided i wanted to go to autozone

so then i try to turn on the car and i just hear a noise in the back of my car right next to the exhaust its like a long eeeeeeee noise and then it stops and i try to turn it on again adn that noise comes up again

Please help you guys

the battery is working fine my dad passed some current from his car to mine but its not that
