First off, the BOV is installed, the stock recirc valve is disconnected, and it's niiiiice.
At first the BOV wasn't opening under vacuum...took a guess and found the focking vacuum line to be too small. Replaced it with a nice chunk of 7/32" line and voila...CHUUUUFFFF. Sweet. But I have a problem: I can't adjust it right. It's either loose enough to blow-off properly, but then it leaks at idle. Or, it's tight enough at idle, but then it doesn't blow off. What gives? Is this a telltale sign of something else wrong? But just so everyone knows, I can drive around just fine without the engine stalling or whatever. It works great. Eric
