Okay, so I do a long drive every couple of weeks. There are no cops (well, very few) and I typically do around 95 for about an hour and a half. I don't remember exactly, but I think it puts my DOHC at around 4,000rpm in 5th. Cooling is fine as well.
The car doesn't seem to have a problem, and I just increase pressure on the gas and it just pulls and pulls (till the speed limiter <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/mad.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''> ).
Does anyone think this is too hard or too abusive?
And while we are at it, would ocassionally shifting at like 5,000rpms be too hard on the car?
Jeff
