3,000 on a PROPERLY done SR Swap (stock, no add ons)
2,000 on GOOD suspension
(1600 on JIC FLT-A2s and 400 on misc sway bars/bushings).

this is, of course, all assuming you have a body in GOOD shape. Next would be tires, seat and steering wheel.
