A Few Nagging Problems.. Need some advice

Allright tbefore I go ripping stuff apart I thought I would ask if anyone had prior experience with a few of the nagging problems my car has developed. First the most important....

Drivers side Windsheild Wiper isn't working
One night it just decided to stop, no movement. My main question is, is there one motor and a connecting arm? Or is it two seperate motors?  What should I expect?

Odometer and Speedometer work part-time
Any reason for this, I bang the dash real hard and the speedo kicks on, so I think its in the dash. I plan to rip the dash out and check connections. Anyone else ever solve this probablem?

Defrost isn't Working
None of the Heat/AC controls do anything. No matter what setting its on it comes out the face and feet vents and not the defrost. I have some ideas to fix this but would like to hear some more.

Drivers side window doesn't move
Is there a connection in the door I should check? I press the button and all I get is a click sound and then nothing. Maybe the motor is dead who knows.

If anyone has any knowledge on these stupid problems and actually read all that let me know. Thanks
