Ok this is buggin, every 6 months or so I get really hot. While driving its fine but when i stop for maybe 3-5 min the electric fan turns on and then my baby over heats. No steam or leaks just HOT. Get on the gas and it drops to normal and the fan turns off????

I have a brand new water pump, new thermostat, radiator cap, flushed and tested. Last time this happened my cap was not holding pressure. Any ideas would help out.
