Kouki headlight question

So I'm thinking about painting the chrome pieces on my headlights a flat black and smoking my turn signals and amber corners. I've circled where I'm talking about:



I'm wondering what kind of paint people have used to paint the chrome pieces and do the chrome pieces separate from the headlight itself so I wouldn't have to mask everything off? As for smoking the signals and corners what would yall recommend? Use some sort of paint on the inside or a film on the outside? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
