cd player problem

iIve been working with cd players for several years now. I am not a novice, but I am about pizzed with my car. First I took out the factory cd player. When I took it out, the cage that was attached to it and the little tray beneath it were screwed together sooo tight. I tried up skrewing it but I kept stripping the screws. I had to destroy the tape deck to get it off. Then when It came to wiring, I keep blowing fuses when I am testing it, but everytime I blow it, I replace the fuse, then check the wire. Everytime it has zero power going through it and it still blows when I touch them together. What group has the power, switch, and ground in it? I tested the group of 5 (the purple, red, pink, green, and light green) and I got zero power going through it. And when I test the 9 group, it doesn't work right. Are there 2 wires that control the antenna?I am so confused and angry.
