squealing, brake light goes on on right turns, what the heck...

So yeah, my brake light goes on on right turns, then goes away. right rear wheel sounds like, squeak, squeak, squeak as I go. i searched and found it may be just the pads and sensor bar to change pad, brake fluid or sensor on the bottom of the e-brake.
Checke all those, medium brake fluid, e-brake sensor bar is functioning (in/out) and I don't have too much experience with the brakes.
So do these pics raise any eyebrows? The pad is on the rotot. Is that the sensor bar touching it?
Thanks ahead of time for any info.
I feel like a dummy face.
Thanks!!!!!
