ok,
say you're on clairemont mesa blvd, heading west, towards the 805 freeway
right after convoy, you turn left at this intersection.(you will see carls jr./green burrito to your right)
then you turn right into a shopping center with a big parking lot and just keep going straight in the parking lot where there is a boba place called tea station.
