s14 z32 brake upgrade assistance

s14 - i have managed to install the calipers and rotors sucessfully, however i noticed that the brake balance was much more in the front than the rear. i would brake and my rear end locks right up. i just put the bnr33 vlsd and it was a little much, i would imagine if i did the rears as well it will equalize the brake balance. Your opinion or knowledge? im thinking of getting some drilled and slotted rotors temporarily until i can get the rear brakes/calipers/spindles in the future. then again there is the brake booster and master cylinder from the z32 as a brake performance factor. aluminum 30mm they are, any words advice are appreciated.
