PowerFC comon problem

I have a S13 Silvia RHD from Japan with SR20DET. Recently, I installed my PowerFC for PS13 / 180SX SR20DET.

I got the comon problem that the PFC doesn't power up when I try to start it up. I have checked all the Power,Ground, Backup Power, etc...everything was fine. Until I found out that the ECCS Relay doesn't click when the PFC is installed but with stock ECU, it work.

I have checked all the circuit on that relay and I needed a switch between two PIN to make the PFC Power up.

I'd like to know if anyone else got that problem and found a way to solve it because it look like my PFC doesn't ground the circuit so the ECCS relay click.

Is there another thing that ECU check before grounding this circuit when the ignition is ON to start the car ?

Having a switch to power up the PFC is a fix, but I think its a ghetto fix so...i'd like to find out the problem and solve it.

if you have any idea or though of what to check, let me know..

Otherwise, this could be a fix for those with that problem.
