Spark plug insulation fell off...
This is a more basic question but I was wondering if any of you had this happen before, if so how did you remedy it?
Basically the insulation (rubber tip on the end of the spark plug wires ) fell off and into my valve cover. I have a daily driver so I haven't really been adamant about fixing it. But anyways the insulation fell off and was pushed down due to the wires needing a good solid connection. I can't change my spark plugs because the insulation covers the bolt top part of the plug, is there any way I can take the insulation off without removing my valve cover? The holes are too deep for my fingers and coat hangers seem kinda dangerous... ![]()
