damn window dropped....

so i was putting the window up and then it dropped, right into the door. now when i press the button to make it go up or down the thing makes noise like there is movement. but the window does not move.
I pulled off the door, and peeled back the dynamat, and found a stray wire, and then a wire loop.
anyone had this happen to them? what do i do to fix it?
