devnull Zilvia Member Join Date: Aug 2006 Location: Earth Posts: 222 Trader Rating: (0) Feedback Score: 0 reviews	SR20s have hydraulic lifters...if you suspect lifters, the proper way to prime them is to remove them and pump them while they're submerged in engine oil. You must ensure that they do not get turned on their side or upside-down after you prime them. A tick that starts suddenly out of nowhere indicates a lifter problem.
