Ka24de Serious Wiring Harness Help

Ok this is my 1st motor swap and alot of wiring/powertrain was missing from the car when I bought it, so I'm having to figure out alot by myself. 89' 240 with a dual cam swap. Got everything in ok, but when I tried installing the harness I ran into some problems.

FYI- i removed the power steering and a/c

plugged everything in i could find, but have some connectors left over on the harness (some prolly go to ps and a/c) and i also have a bunch of connectors left over on the actual motor itself.

These 3 connectors are coming out of the fuse box. what connects to them? tranny harness? harness from alternator to battery?

also coming out of the fuse box on the other side of the box from previous pic

2 wires branch off. one goes to maf and the other??

number 1 goes to the coil. number 2 and 3?

this wire isn't part of the harness. comes from bottom of the coil, and then to where? doesn't match any of the connectors from the harness...

this connector is right by the oil filter. no connector from the harness fits it..

this branch is from the ecu to the body harness by the battery. there's a connector half way that goes somewhere...

Is there a seperate harness that goes from the battery to the alternator with some connecters? cus i don't know what plugs into the alternator. Also, what does the tranny harness connect to...sorry for all the questions it's just difficult having nothing to relate to. hope u understand
