So I'm buying My 240 In A Few Hours...

- 1990 240SX Coupe 5-Speed Burgundy on Black Interior (No Sunroof BABY!!!)

The car runs perfectly fine. Has an exhaust leak coming from manifold (we believe it's just the gasket). It has recent OE replacement shocks (one of them seems to be mounted incorrectly). Some other recent tune-up items, etc. Car runs very well and has 101,xxx miles. The clutch is what Im concerned about. When upshifting it functions just as well as any other properly working clutch, However, when downshifting (I only noticed from 3rd to 2nd) it makes a sound/feels like as if the car is dragging for example a corboard box underneath me. This I need help with figuring out.

Interior is near mint. Only damage is a dime size crack on the very top of driver side door panel near window.

Exterior is "mej", but decent for the price of this car. Spoiler has three paint chips about the size of a ruffles potato chip. Minor rust on rear fender well borders, more on rocker panels about 6" long and go from top to bottom, more rust on frontmost border of hood (like a 1" strip) and one more spot of rust on driverside window under the mirror.

The price... $1,200 ... Pure Bling!

Future plans: Do either one of the numerous swap options available which better suits my needs in April of '04, Silvia front end conversion (including full body rust work and full paint job) and umm... enjoy I guess.

Anything I should be worried about fellas?

I will own this car in an estimated 6 hours... *woot*

-Omar
