Vh45de/sc s14 standing mile top speed

Did a standing mile event this past sunday. The car performed flawless, easily hit the revlimiter about 700 feet before the end of the mile track and had to put it in neutral and coast the rest of the way.

They said i crossed the line at 162, but got me on hand held radar at 175 before i had to let off. Math wise the car is capable of 184 at redline in 5th so i guess there gun backs it up, car was stable at speed, i felt little to no lift in the front, i guess with that heavy v8 up there it helps. But 1st and 2nd gear where useless even on brand new 315s.

Anyway heres the video, you can hear where i hit the rev limiter right past the cones for 3/4 mile.
