You haven't even stated what your current offset is, or why you thin you need overfenders. I mean, if you're only running 9.5" wide wheels, you don't even NEED overfenders. With the proper offset and tires, a very mild pull takes care of it.

EDIT: Ok, you added +15. That is seriously all you need for the Wheel Fitment Thread. I KNOW there are 9.5" wide wheels in that thread with +15mm offsets. Find them, and see how they fit. Even if you don't find it EXACTLY, there is all the information you need to figure out how to fit them in that thread alone.
