I can't remember if it was here,freshalloy,club240, or 240sx.org, but the sleepy eye thing worked and I can control how much my headlights stay open when I have them turned off and it only cost me 3 bucks for the toggle switch. All you have to do is take the switch that controls your headlight retractor off and disconnect it from the harness the connector looks like this

well, just take the green wire thats in the middle of the bottom row and throw a toggle switch in it and thats it. When you turn your lights on and then turn them off the lights won't go down until you flip the toggle switch, then halfway down you flip the switch again and the lights stop right where you flip the switch. takes a little practice to get exactly where you want them but its better than paying 80 bucks for a kit...
