s13 Short Ram Intake Systems->Diff between 91-94 and 92-94

I am looking up intakes for my S13,and I have a 1991 FB,and I'm wondering why I keep seeing "1992-1994" and "1991-1994" How can the 91-up one fit through 94,yet the 92-up one fit through 94,and not be the same as the 91 up? I'm confused...will the 1992-1994 intakes bolt on to my bone stock 1991 ?

I am looking into getting a cheap-o cai on eBay,and then buying a true K&N filter or another good brand name filter,for much cheaper than getting an AEM or Injen intake

but honestly whats the diff between this

91-94 off brand intake

and this
92-94 "saber motorsports" intake

EDIT:Because honestly I like the "saber motorsports" one alot more than the other "off-brand" one,and they are around the same price,....

One more question..

I know some of you guys have got to have had this on your 240's....Does it come with everything I need to bolt on?

Thanks alot!
