I need some help here my car started to give me problems and I have no clue what's going on with it, am no tech expert. so any help is apreciated.

ok so I have a 90 s13 had a swap done about 7 months ago and every thing was good, now am driving down the free way and it feels slow
when I press the gas pedal it takes 4bout 4-10 seconds to respond.

when I get to a stop it dosent idle properly and dies out, I also noticed that there's smoke coming out of the tail pipe.

this is what it has
sr20det stock internals
3" whit cat all the way to the back
